The Beaf Baffle….

I am finally here….with the very first piece of writing over this platform…. Much have been said and written on the “Dadari Incidence” of India which is in news today…a muslim killed by a group of Hindus on a rumour that he ate beaf…

Whatever happened is sad but what’s happening now is shamefull…In Hindu religion Cow is given the place of mother..The country has got its sentiments attached to it…a rumour spread..a person got murdered and the ugly game begins….

POLITICIANS and the SCHOLARS instead of understanding and solving the complicated situiation are Using this incidence as a
Chance of being in limelight ….

Absurd speeches,Returning the national awards and writing letter to UN that Muslims are unsafe in India is completely insane…Watching your leaders fighting over a piece of meat just for vote bank ,is painfull…

And at the last putting allegation on the Hindu Religion for this mishap would be a lie no doubt….
Being a citizen of the largest democracy of the world and a Secular country….I demand a logical approach to solve problems like this ..

Don’t make the Hindu citizen of country carry your imposed useless guilt as end of the day it’s HINDUSTAN  we are living in…..

A recent photograph of some Hindu Protesters demanding a ban on non-vegetarian food made me sit and take notice on vedaas. I believe that these protesters are ignorant of what their religion preaches. They are simply going against their own religious scriptures.

    chapter 5 verse30

:”It is not sinful to eat meat of eatable animals, for God has created both the eaters and the eatables”.

    Aapastanba Grishsutram(1/3/10):
says,”The cow should be slaughtered on the arrival of a guest, on the occasion of ‘Shraaddha of ancestors and on the occasion of a marriage”.

Rigveda (10/85/13):declares “On the occasion of a girls marriage oxen and cows are slaughtered”.

Rigveda (6/17/1) : states that, “Indra used to eat the meat of cow, calf, horse and buffalo”.

Vashishta Dharmasutra (11/34):says,If a Brahmin refuses to eat the meat offered to him on the occasion of ,’Shraaddha’ he goes to hell”.

Hinduisms great propagator Swami Vivekaanand said thus: “You will be surprised to know that according to ancient Hindu rite and rituals, a man cannot be a good Hindu who does not eat beef “.
(The complete works of Swami Vivekanand vol :3/5/36)

“The book The history and culture of the indian people” published by Bharatiya vidya bhawan, bombay and edited by renowned historian R C Majumdar (vol 2 ,page 18 says)This is said in the mahabharata that “king Ratinder used to kill 2000 other animals in addition to 2000 cows daily in order to give their meat in charity”.

Aadi shankaraachaarya commentary on Brahadaranyako panishad 6/4/18 says:’Odaan’ rice mixed with meat is called ‘maansodan’ on being asked whose meat it should be, he answers ‘Uksha’ is used for an ox, which is capable to produce semen.

    1. Imran … I don’t believe in any of such stuff which you posted…and even if all the information you shared is correct … I won’t be accepting ever that the Hindu religion permits cow slaughter or anything similar…. Its my personal opinion and I am definately not in favour of beef ban…your food is your choice…who cares for the Hindu’s who eat beaf??
We all should be free to follow our own choice… keeping in mind it doesn’t provoke others….in a wrong way

      1. Rite
        I agree with you 100%
But …fact is fact ….Hindu scripture does’nt bann beef eating …this is what scriptures says.
We can not go beyond scriptures if are sensible followers.
But I also respect non vegetarians.
Even a muslim can be a good muslim as non vegetarian.
But we also look and ponder over our authentic scriptures ….they are our real source of religion.
You can check the the refrences which point out.
I can not afford to lie or spreading false facts.

This is not to hurt anyone …
        But yes truth is bitter.
It may not go down well.

If I hurt you then im really sorry !

        May Almighty bless you !
        Take care

I respect n honor diffrence of opinion
        Even criticism.

I always say to my friends, readers, elders …that our approach should be on academic lavel. .
This is a field of knowledge we should putforth facts n refrences. …not mere emotions.
Thank you once again Dear for your concern and support.
