Grateful…

Hello dear friends….

Hope all of you are doing good…

I am feeling quite unusual right now… as I am going to write a post after a long gap…

Right now I am completely stucked in my studies…rest of the life seems to be on hold….

The reason behind this post is an incidence which occurred few hours before with me…and when I reached back to hostel …I couldn’t stop myself from writing about it…

At present I am in Allahabad for my studies…which is a complete strange city for me…with no local guardian or relatives over here…

I usually spend the whole week   following the same monotonous routine…On Sundays (sometimes) My classes are off….

Hanuman Mandir at Civil lines Allahabad offers perfect tranquility…I feel calm and settled after visiting that place…

So today I decided to go there at evening…
The weather was not supportive…
My friends were busy…
I was completely in the need to go there as I got this Sunday after a long gap  …So I went alone…

The visit was good…I felt relieved after spending some time there…

The weather was getting horrible so I decided to return before the rain starts… After waiting for 10 minutes I got an e- rickshaw ….After some time the driver stopped the rickshaw and asked me to get off…that wasn’t exactly the place I mentioned him ..He  got 3 passengers for opposite route so he was just not ready to listen anything he got paid
and left…

I decided not to argue with that rude man as it was worthless, but in my heart I cursed him…the place where he left me was lonely …no body around and it was dark already…I am not so good in remembering the ways …and I was not able to figure out where was I exactly?

I never felt so helpless in my whole life …Getting lost with no one around…it started raining slowly and I was almost crying  inside …

I spotted a cycle rickshaw finally and told the address but my bad I was so disturbed that  …I said it civil lines in place of the exact address which made me reach the temple again after some time…

I was completely lost in my head… I told him everything … Now any other person could have taken benefit of that situation by demanding  more money …or may have escaped from the situation …but that middle aged guy was angel in disguise for me…

He listened the whole situation  and asked me to stay calm… Finally after understanding my exact address He took me from the correct route telling me the landmark places …I should remember … while traveling in that area….

When I reached my familiar area , I told him..I can go on my own now…but he left me at my hostel….I paid him and thanked for his help.

I reached my place … safe and sound
Few words discussed by one of my teacher started echoing in my head….” Aaj ki duniya me Imandaar vahi hai jise mauka ni mila…agar kisi ki Imandari parakhani hai to use Mauka de ke dekho”…

The guy who helped me was not  from the highly educated crowd …which is ready to give long lectures on the right code of conduct for the society anytime, but is far behind when it comes to materialize those things …He was a normal man who was honest to his job….

With a grateful heart I dedicate this post to that kind guy…

Signing off till next time…

Stay happy…Stay blessed….

  1. Hanuman mandir is indeed a soulful place. These e rickshaws vale tend to do such kind of stuff with many. Even I have been a victim of them.
I hope you liked it at the Hanuman Mandir. I am a big fan of their Besan ke laddoo.
